National Employee Health and Fitness Day is observed on the third Wednesday of May.
Employee Wellness asked, "Why not a whole week?"
This year's event will cover community and social well-being, and we will kick off the week by encouraging one of our own. Join Employee Wellness to cheer on President Mortensen as he completes a Campus to Campus Marathon! This event will take the place of our annual 5K.
We continue the week by tapping into creative and motivating TedTalks. Selected presentations will provide participants with a broader understanding of how community and social wellness are imperative to our overall wellbeing.
All presentations will be provided on our new Employee Wellness platform. Participants can earn up to 20 points towards the Rewards program.
