Visit the Black Cultural Center to write love letters about what you love about Black history or yourself! Then come watch Love and Basketball, a classic Black film in which two childhood friends turned lovers play basketball and explore a romantic relationship. Directed by Black director Gina Prince-Bythewood, the film addresses gender norms and perceptions of Black women and how love isn't always about a happily ever after.
